Healthy Pancakes | Gluten Free & Sugar Free

Have you ever woken up on a Saturday morning cravings pancakes? Maybe you wake up every morning craving pancakes? Either way, when pancakes are on your mind, the best option is to opt for a heathy option that won’t set you up for a day of unhealthy choices.

And if you’re sensitive to gluten and dairy, then these are perfect for you! They are my Friday morning go-to! And you only need three ingredients!

What?? Yes! 

You’ll need:

  • 1 banana
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence

Method:

Mix all the ingredients together in a blender and fry them up in your favourite choice of healthy oil ( I choose coconut oil). Sprinkle with a handle of colourful flavours
