Gut Loving Raspberry, Kefir, Kale Smoothie | Feed Your Microbiome

This refreshing smoothie is packed with vitamins and nutrients! It’s got avocado (yes, avo in a smoothie is a thing!) and almond butter which help feed your brain and cells with healthy fats. The kefir is packed a natural probiotic and the protein powder gives you loads of energy for the perfect start to any day!


  • 1/2 cup chopped kale
  • 1/2 cup organic blueberries
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 1 teaspoon almond butter
  • 3/4 kefir
  • 5 ice cubes
  • 2 tablespoons pea protein powder

Throw all the ingredients together in a food blender and mix until smooth!Pop it into a consol jar and store over night- I love these smoothies when served chilled.
